Alan G Rousseau
Alan G. Rousseau is a partner at R & P Executive Services, a company providing marketing, procurement, project consulting, executive management and business plans. R & P Executive Services specializes in the procurement of federal, state and local government contracts throughout the United States with an emphasis in the Southeast. R & P Executive Services also provides consulting services to clients assisting them with commercial contracts. The main office is conveniently located in Memphis, TN, allowing easy access to major cities throughout the country. R & P has affiliate offices in Charlotte, NC and Charleston, SC. His experience in government and private sector contracting spans 35 years, working with a variety of service companies and manufacturing concerns.
In 2012 to 2016, R & P launched an Internet radio talk show “Business Negotiators 1” (on Blog Talk Radio) that focused its attention on Government and Commercial business endeavors. R & P addresses small and medium size business owners on various business subjects and assist companies with: Business Management and Development, Business and Marketing Plans, Bid Documents, Certifications (Government & Commercial), and Quality Control Plans. We assist in Procurement Opportunities, Contract Negotiations and Contract Compliance.
Mr. Rousseau, has served as a State Commissioner under three Governors of the State of Tennessee. Commissioner Rousseau served on the State of Tennessee Private Investigation and Polygraph Commission. He has served as the Vice Chairman of the Commission. The nine-member Commission is a division of the TN Department of Commerce & Insurance and is the regulatory board that governs Private Investigators, Private Investigation Companies and Polygraph Examiners licensed by the State of Tennessee.
Alan G. Rousseau is a graduate of North Carolina A & T State University, Greensboro, NC and completed the NC Institute of Government at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill for advance studies in North Carolina Criminal and Civil Law.
Some of his previous work experiences include the following: Owner, Rousseau Protective Services, Inc.; Assistant Director of Campus Police at Johnson C. Smith University; Assistant Clerk of Superior Court 26th Judicial District of North Carolina and Licensed Funeral Director.

Linda P Rousseau
Linda P. Rousseau is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University, Durham, NC (Master of Library Science, with honors), George Mason University, Fairfax, VA (MA in English) and Lincoln University, Lincoln University, PA (BA in English, magna cum laude). Linda P. Rousseau retired as the Assistant Director of the Library, Head of Circulation and Assistant Professor of Library Science at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC Her experience as an Administrator, Library Monograph Acquisitionist, Assistant Professor and Human Resources Manager spans 40 years.
